A 10-year industry veteran, and near life-long New Yorker, Eugene Litvak has devoted his life to revolutionizing real estate. In late 2009, Eugene formed The Litvak Team. At the time, he noticed a gap in the industry: agents who legitimately cared about their clients more than the transaction. Five years later, Eugene is surrounded by eight highly skilled and passionate real estate professionals, all refined by his one-on-one training and proven methods. Additionally, he employs a full-time staff consisting of an assistant, marketing coordinator, branding consultant, interior designer/stager and photographer. The results: hundreds of relationships formed, clients who have become good friends, and real estate transactions carried out with trust, ease, and comfort.
